For cash-pay & direct-pay practices

Lab testing for direct-pay and cash-only practices.

Flat cash-pay prices your patients see before the draw — and no surprise bill to undo the trust you’ve built.

The principle

A cash-pay practice with an opaque lab partner is only half transparent. The lab bill is part of the visit.

What you get

Transparency, all the way down

One price, told upfront. Every test has a flat cash price — quoted in the visit.

No insurance machinery. No claims, no adjudication, no EOB letters, no balance billing.

Room to structure it your way. Pass through at cost or add a service fee — your call, under your state’s rules.

The whole menu. 8,500+ tests, 2,500+ draw sites, results typically in 24–72 hours.

Also fits

Membership and hybrid practices

Membership practices fold panels into the plan; hybrid practices keep insurance for visits and run labs cash-pay. Either way the patient knows the number first — see concierge & membership for the economics.

Common questions

We already quote visit prices — how do labs fit that workflow?

The same way: the price sheet gives you a flat number per test, you quote it alongside the visit price, and the patient leaves knowing the total. Nothing arrives in the mail later.

Can we show lab prices on our own website or menu?

How you present lab costs to patients is your practice’s decision under your state’s rules. We don’t publish clinic pricing openly — but what you do inside your patient relationship is yours.

What if a patient wants to use insurance for labs?

New Century Labs is cash-pay only. Patients who prefer insurance-billed testing can use other channels — many practices simply offer both paths and let the patient compare.

Is there a fee to keep an account open?

No membership fee, no volume commitment, no monthly minimum. You pay the cash price of the tests you order.
