Pricing

Straightforward pricing, built around your practice.

Labs are cash-pay and priced before you order. The Platform is included. Supplements and prescriptions are priced to each patient.

Chapter 01 · Labs

Predictable cash-pay pricing with flexible billing.

Your practice price is settled before you order, and you choose how the money moves.

Direct Pay · simplest

Your patient pays the lab

New Century Labs bills your patient at the known cash price. Your clinic never touches the lab bill. Available in every state.

Service Fee

Add a fee for your clinic’s own work

Direct Pay, plus a clearly disclosed fee for work your clinic performs: consultation, interpretation, specimen coordination. Available everywhere except New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.

Self-Managed Pricing

Your clinic sets the patient price

You control what the patient pays, where state law allows it; six of those states require the lab’s own charge to appear on the invoice. Worth reviewing with counsel first.

Chapter 02 · Platform

No separate platform subscription.

The New Century Labs Platform is included for practices using our services.

Chapter 03 · Supplements

Priced to each patient’s formulation.

At homeOne daily pack

What a patient’s daily packs contain decides what they cost, so we price the program you would actually run rather than publish a list.

The clinician decides what goes in each pack. Our manufacturing partner makes, packs, and ships them; New Century Labs runs the workflow around them.

Chapter 04 · Prescriptions

Quoted against the actual prescription.

Compounding pharmacyPrepared to the prescription

Medication, dose, formulation, and quantity decide the price, so we price what you prescribe rather than a menu.

Your clinician writes the prescription. Strive Pharmacy fills it — New Century Labs is not a pharmacy.

Questions

Labs

Is there a membership fee or a volume commitment?

No membership fee, no setup fee, and no volume commitment. You pay the cash-pay price of the tests you order, plus a flat patient draw fee. Any clinic support fee is quoted up front and is never a percentage of what you bill.

Does the price include the blood draw?

No, and that’s deliberate: the draw fee is its own flat line, so the patient’s total is never a guess. You see every figure before the first order.

Can my patients use insurance instead?

New Century Labs is cash-pay only and never bills insurance — that is what keeps pricing flat and predictable. Patients who prefer insurance-billed testing can still use it through other channels, and many practices offer both paths.

How do I get pricing for my practice?

Request lab information and tell us what you order most. A person builds pricing around your actual test mix and the billing model your state allows, and replies — usually the same business day.

Platform

Is there a platform fee?

No. There is no separate platform subscription. The New Century Labs Platform is included for practices using our services.

Is there a setup or onboarding cost?

No setup fee. Account setup, training for your team, and getting your ordering preferences in place are part of onboarding.

Who in the practice gets access?

The clinicians and staff you choose. Everyone works from their own login, and there is no per-seat charge.

Do we have to use every service to use the Platform?

No. The clinician decides what to use. Labs on their own are a complete workflow, and supplements and prescriptions are there when you want them.

Supplements

How is supplement pricing determined?

By what each patient’s program requires: the formulation you prescribe, the ingredients in it, how the daily packs are configured, the packaging, and fulfillment. That is why there is no single list price to publish.

Can each patient get a different formula?

Yes. Packs are built per patient, so two patients in the same practice can be on entirely different formulations.

Can the packaging carry our practice’s name?

Practice-branded packaging is available where supported. Tell us how you want patients to receive their packs and we will confirm what is possible for your practice.

Who manufactures and ships the supplements?

Manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment are handled by our manufacturing partner. New Century Labs manages the customer-facing workflow and the clinician experience, so your practice has one relationship to deal with.

How is quality verified?

Potency and purity are tested on a skip-lot basis through ISO 17025-accredited laboratories. Incoming lots require a Certificate of Analysis and pass identity and specification checks, and every pouch is machine-inspected before Quality releases the order for shipment.

Prescriptions

How is prescription pricing determined?

By the medication, the dose, the formulation, and the quantity dispensed. We quote against the actual prescription rather than publish a menu.

What is a compounded prescription?

A medication prepared by a licensed pharmacy to the prescriber’s specification instead of taken off a manufacturer’s shelf — for example a strength that is not commercially made, or a form a particular patient can tolerate.

Can the clinician customize the formulation?

Where supported, yes. The clinician directs strength, form, and combination, and the pharmacy confirms what it can prepare.

How does the patient receive it?

Prescriptions are shipped to the patient, with pickup where that is available. What applies to a given prescription is confirmed when it is written.

Who fills the prescription?

Strive Pharmacy is the pharmacy partner responsible for fulfillment. New Century Labs is not a pharmacy. Availability varies by medication, formulation, location, pharmacy requirements, and applicable rules.
