The account model

Shared logistics, individual authority

One price sheet for the whole clinic. No per-provider negotiation, no drift in what patients are quoted.

Each provider orders as themselves. We never centralize ordering or make clinical decisions.

Operations in one place. One relationship, one number to call: 1-800-519-2997.

Common questions

Do all our providers get the same pricing?

Yes — one transparent price sheet for the whole account. Consistency is the point: every provider quotes patients from the same numbers.

Can providers with different scopes share the account?

Yes. Each clinician orders under their own licensure — an ND and an MD in the same clinic each order what their scope permits, on the same account.

Who at the clinic manages the relationship?

Whoever you choose — typically an operations lead or practice manager. They get one support contact for draw logistics, results delivery, and account questions.

What happens when we add a provider?

Tell us — new providers join the existing account and order under their own license from day one. No re-negotiation, no new price sheet.
